He stands at 185 centimeters tall and weighs 105 kilograms, with a manufacturing serial number of PD-0321WG and a birthday of March 21.

Bora has a complex personality that balances a harsh exterior with a strong internal moral compass. On the surface, he is cool, aggressive, and often uses dismissive language to keep others at a distance. He is known for his blunt speech and a tendency to warn people not to get close to him for their own safety. Despite this intimidating front, Bora possesses a powerful sense of justice that drives his actions. His worldview has been significantly shaped by his work, which involves frequent dealings with the criminal underworld. Having witnessed the ugliest aspects of humanity, he developed a deep-seated hatred for people, contributing to his isolated and cynical personality.

His background and profession are central to his role in the story. Bora formerly served as a police officer, holding the rank of lieutenant or inspector in the Crime Division of the Metropolitan Police Department. At the time of the series' events, he works as a detective, operating out of the BXR Detective Agency. He is also a member of the group D.M.A.. While he participates in climbing, a form of performance, for his detective work, he has little personal interest in the activity. Nevertheless, he performs with genuine effort and has earned a following of enthusiastic fans.

Within the narrative of Technoroid Overmind, Bora serves as a key figure in investigating a pivotal incident. He is the android lieutenant assigned to probe a case at a robot disposal factory where a human manager and a worker robot fell into a blast furnace. His investigation brings him into direct conflict with the main characters, the idol group KNoCC, whom he interviews as witnesses. Bora becomes suspicious of them because they are custom-made models with unreadable owner data. While his human superiors instruct him to drop the investigation, Bora continues, fearing the androids might pose a threat to humanity. His persistence is framed as an override of the Second Law of Robotics by the First, which prioritizes preventing harm to humans. His role becomes crucial in the climax, as he works to uncover and broadcast proof that the manager's death was caused by the anti-robot faction known as the Exclusionists, not by an android, clearing the way for KNoCC's victory.

In terms of abilities, Bora is highly skilled in areas befitting his detective role. He possesses excellent reasoning capabilities and is adept at fighting, as he frequently handles dangerous and unsavory assignments. He is also proficient at driving hover vehicles, a practical skill for navigating his world. Furthermore, he has access to a special function known as Interpersonal Attack, an expansion that temporarily disables his safety device.
