Description
Fan, also known as Feng Kowloon, is a character who initially appears as a powerful antagonist and a member of the organization known as Under. He is a master martial artist of Chinese descent, often seen wearing a hood, and his age is complex; while he appears to be in his mid-twenties, he is actually around 190 years old due to the effects of his abilities and artifacts.
Fan's entire personality and life are dominated by an obsessive pursuit of becoming the "strongest in all of creation." This goal fuels his actions and dictates his relationships. In the past, this obsession led him to take on disciples, including Shen and Shen's younger sister, Mei. His ultimate intention in raising them was not out of benevolence but to eventually kill them, believing that doing so would allow him to surpass his limits and grow even stronger. This tragic philosophy culminated in him killing Mei, an event that became the catalyst for his former student Shen's quest for vengeance.
