Description
Fuki Harukawa is a supporting character who serves as a First Lycoris, the highest rank of agent for the Direct Attack organization in Tokyo. At seventeen years old with a September 24th birthday, she is a seasoned field operative and former partner of the main character Takina Inoue. Her personal code, LC2807, is sequential with that of Chisato Nishikigi, suggesting they were brought into the organization at nearly the same time and trained together from a young age.

Fuki has a sharp and serious personality, presenting herself as a strict rule-follower who places immense value on orders from her superiors and the protocols of DA. She views the organization that raised her as a parent would a child, and her dedication to its directives is born from a sense of filial duty. This rigid adherence to hierarchy and procedure puts her into direct conflict with more independent agents. Her most significant clashes are with her former partner, Takina, whose willingness to ignore orders and act alone to achieve her mission goals infuriates Fuki, leading to a physical altercation and a scathing report that contributes to Takina's reassignment. Fuki also has a complex, competitive relationship with Chisato, who left active DA service to work at the Café LycoReco. While they bicker constantly and represent opposite philosophies one of strict obedience, the other of compassionate independence their shared history as roommates in the Lycoris dormitory means they understand each other very well and have a deep, if often antagonistic, bond.

Despite her often harsh and aggressive exterior, Fuki is characterized by an earnest care for her comrades. She is a keen observer of those around her, assessing their abilities and personalities to better lead her team. This protective nature is shown in her interactions with her current partner, Sakura, whom she guides with a serious but encouraging hand. Beneath her stoic demeanor lies a hidden and somewhat embarrassing admiration for Mika, who was her training instructor, and she becomes visibly flustered in his presence. Her primary motivation stems from a desire to uphold DA's mission and protect her fellow Lycoris, but as the series progresses, she faces challenges to this worldview. In critical moments, such as during the final assault on the organization's headquarters, she demonstrates growth by prioritizing her team's safety and making independent choices, even if it means bending the rules she once held so sacred.

As a First Lycoris, Fuki possesses formidable combat abilities that rank among the best in the organization. She excels in high-speed movement and martial arts, using her small stature to her advantage, and is skilled enough to single-handedly defeat groups of lower-ranked agents in training exercises. Her standard-issue firearm is a Glock 21. However, her real-world combat skills and physical metrics are shown to be slightly inferior to the almost superhuman abilities of Chisato, a fact she is well aware of. Outside of combat, she has some notable quirks, including an inability to use a vending machine and a competitive streak that surfaces during virtual reality shooting games.
