Masao Fujiyoshi, nicknamed "Mabo," is a spirited member of Class 6-2 at Harukaze Elementary School and a key player in the Saurers. His parents run a bustling Chinese restaurant, and Mabo is notorious for his bottomless appetite, frequently devouring meals in eye-popping quantities. During the Saurers' expedition to the dinosaur era, he stumbles upon a dinosaur egg, first eyeing it as a snack. When the egg hatches, he forms an unexpected bond with the newborn dinosaur, nurturing it briefly before the group’s return to the present forces a bittersweet farewell.

As the Saurers’ mecha pilot, Mabo maneuvers the arms of Mach Ptera and oversees the secondary power systems of the formidable Gosaurer. His technical skills prove vital during missions, including a pivotal time-travel operation to the prehistoric past. Though his backstory remains unexplored, Mabo’s presence injects humor into the team’s dynamic, balanced by flashes of maturity when the stakes demand focus.
