Myako is a black cat discovered and adopted by Fushihara and Yūrei-chan. This feline possesses supernatural abilities, including transformation into a human form. In this form, she appears as a girl with black hair, cat ears, a tail, and traditional Japanese attire. Unlike ghostly Yūrei-chan, ordinary people can see Myako in her human guise. She actively assists Yūrei-chan in their mutual objective: helping Fushihara manage stress and prevent overwork.

Demonstrating greater maturity and practicality than Yūrei-chan, Myako excels at household chores, especially cooking, and frequently prepares meals. She addresses Fushihara respectfully as "Mistress," reflecting her devoted service. Despite her capabilities, she exhibits a vulnerability to cold temperatures and dislikes chilly environments. Her past before being found and her precise origins as a monster cat remain undefined.

Myako integrates into Fushihara's daily routine at both the office and home, offering practical aid and companionship. Her presence provides stability within the group dynamic, balancing Yūrei-chan's efforts with her own grounded methods. She remains consistently dedicated to Fushihara's well-being.
