Jenny Hackett, primarily known as Jenny Hackett, is a character from the anime Bakugan: Geogan Rising who first appears in the episode titled Wynton's Friend. She is introduced as a new girl in town who quickly takes an interest in Wynton Styles and his work on a new Mobile Gate. Physically, Jenny has apricot skin, blue eyes, and long orange-brown hair. She typically wears her hair tied in a small braid secured by a teal green scrunchie and ribbon. Her outfit consists of a pale blue jumpsuit with rolled sleeves and calf-length trousers, a black belt with a silver buckle, and turquoise green and white hi-top trainers.

Jenny operates as a Haos attribute brawler and initially presents herself as an excitable and friendly young girl who is deeply passionate about Bakugan, science, and research. She feigns admiration for Wynton's technical drawings and enthusiasm for his Bakugan, successfully infiltrating the Awesome Brawlers by posing as a friend. However, this friendly persona conceals her true nature, which is amoral, skittish, and deeply self-interested. She is willing to exploit her Bakugan partners without any ethical restraint in order to achieve her personal objectives. Her primary motivation is tied to her work for Gregorius Reed, the main antagonist of the season, whom she assists in his plan to control the Geogan. During her time spying on the Awesome Brawlers, she probes Wynton for information about why certain new Bakugan have not disappeared, showing visible distress and frustration when he cannot provide answers and subsequently refusing to help him with his own research.

Jenny's role in the story is that of a major antagonist working under Gregorius Reed. Her main Guardian Bakugan is Crustillion, a Haos partner, and she is also supported by the Geogan Mutasect. Later in the series, she wields additional Haos Bakugan partners named Cyndeous and Cimoga, as well as the Haos Geogan known as Sky Horse. Her key relationship within the antagonist group is with Gregorius Reed, whom she serves loyally for a time. Her most significant relationship among the protagonists is with Wynton Styles, whom she deceives by pretending to be his friend in order to gather intelligence.

Over the course of the season, Jenny undergoes a notable character development. Following the defeat of the primary threat, the villain Viloch, she begins to realize the mistakes she has made. This leads her to leave Gregorius Reed and shift away from her antagonistic role. She eventually shows signs of cooperation and consideration for others. For instance, she voluntarily assists the character Crystal Blue in her goals of searching for lost Bakugan and is even seen sharing food with another character named Lightning, displaying a newfound capacity for kindness and teamwork. Her journey continues beyond the events of Geogan Rising, as she and Crystal Blue later enroll at the Bakugan Academy in the following season, Bakugan: Evolutions, where she begins research on Elemental Energy.
