On Zoa Nebulis, commonly known as Lord Mask or the Masked Lord, is a character in the anime Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World. He is a pureblood star spirit user and a member of the Zoa family, one of the three royal bloodlines that make up the Nebulis Sovereignty. Within the Zoa family he serves as its strategist and acting head, managing the household's affairs in place of its elderly and incapacitated leader.
