Orga Fleur is a supporting character in the anime The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic. He is an adult man with yellow eyes and blond hair that reaches down to his chest, and he serves as a member of the Rescue Squad of the Llinger Kingdom. The Rescue Squad is a specialist unit whose aim is to save as many people as possible on the battlefield while keeping its members from being harmed, with its members trained for exceptional speed and the use of healing magic.

Orga's most notable ability is his healing magic. He is able to heal other people as well as himself, and because he possesses naturally dense mana, he is very skilled at healing others. When he uses his healing magic, he emits a deep green glow. His self-healing, however, is his clear weak point, as he struggles greatly with healing himself in comparison. Within the Rescue Squad, he operates alongside the unit's other healers, including Ken Usato, the protagonist, who also joins the squad as a healing magic user, and Orga's role in the story is that of a fellow healer and supporting member of the squad in its rescue work.
