Kai Mikhaylov is the assumed identity of Akira Vasily Ignatov, a character who plays a pivotal role in the film Psycho-Pass Providence. He is the older brother of Kei Mikhail Ignatov, a central protagonist introduced in Psycho-Pass 3.
