Hawkmon is a Bird Digimon and the partner of the DigiDestined Yolei Inoue in the anime Digimon Adventure 02 The Beginning. His physical form resembles a small, red and white hawk with clear blue or ice-blue eyes. He wears a distinctive belt around his forehead that secures a special feather. His wings possess three digits each, allowing him to use them almost like hands, and he has large yellow feet. As a Digimon, his species is considered a descendant of a special lineage that flourished in ancient times.
