Description
Nagisa Shiota is the main human protagonist and narrator of the story. He is a student in Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School, the class seat number eleven. He has pale skin, long shoulder-length light blue hair, and blue eyes. He is the shortest boy in his class and has a slim build with androgynous features that sometimes cause confusion about his gender. He is about fourteen to fifteen years old during the main events.
Nagisa comes from a difficult home background. His father is chronically absent from the family, and his mother, Hiromi Shiota, is strict and emotionally abusive.
