Description
Kou Yaten is the civilian identity of Sailor Star Healer, the third member of the Sailor Starlights and the idol group the Three Lights. Hailing from the planet Kinmoku, Yaten came to Earth alongside Kou Seiya and Kou Taiki after their home world was destroyed by the villain Sailor Galaxia. The trio’s mission is to locate their missing princess, Kakyuu. To conduct this search discreetly, the group masquerades as male pop stars, with Yaten performing as the keyboardist and background vocalist.
Yaten’s personality is notably sharp, cynical, and impatient. Preferring isolation, the character dislikes socializing and focuses intensely on the group’s mission. Yaten regards humans with suspicion and is eager to find Princess Kakyuu so the Starlights can leave Earth. This attitude is expressed through blunt, critical remarks that push others away.
