The second pilot film featuring Arsene Lupin III, included in the 1989 compilation *Lupin III: Secret Files*, was directed by Osamu Kobayashi with character design and animation direction by Yasuo Ōtsuka. This unreleased pilot formed part of the OAV alongside the first pilot and trailers for three early Lupin films.
