Admiral Rudolph commands the human resistance forces in their war against the robot army of the Black King. He obtains critical weapon plans from Luna Kozuki, enabling the mass production of MF guns for a major offensive. Rudolph leads the assault, which meets initial success. Unbeknownst to him, the Black King is waiting to reveal a devastating countermove: seizing control of the world's nuclear arsenal and escalating the war.
