Anderson is the highest-ranking official within this organization, which was formed by the world's leading nations to combat the terrorist organization Galactor. He is seen chairing meetings with international representatives, overseeing global defense initiatives such as the Mantle Plan, and managing the ISO's military assets, including the Red Impulse Squadron.
