Description
Keiichi Nakagawa is a patrol officer assigned to the Kameari Park Front Police Box in Tokyo's Katsushika Ward. He is the heir to the Nakagawa Corporation, a massive and powerful conglomerate, which grants him immense personal wealth and access to extravagant resources. His birthday is December 24th.
