Elizabeth Sekuma "Dizzy Lizzy" Weinberg Takahama, known as Tama-chan in the original Japanese version, is the younger sister of Spencer Weinberg-Takahama. She fulfills the role of an interfering younger sibling, constantly meddling in her brother's affairs and attempting to assert dominance as though she were the elder sister. Despite this contentious dynamic, she reveals a capacity for concern and care, especially when her brother's safety is at risk.

Her deeper emotional connection surfaces in the final episode when she becomes genuinely distraught after her brother's sudden disappearance, an event that also leads her parents to forget their son's existence.

She interacts with other characters, including a fourth wall-breaking weather announcer and a dark counterpart called the Shadow Lady. Her attitude toward her brother is tsundere, characterized by a persistent annoyance that masks an underlying layer of familial devotion.
