Description
Radium Lavans serves as a BAHRAM lieutenant, piloting Phantoma LEVs with exceptional skill and reckless tactics. He burns with resentment toward Earth's UNSF over their physical superiority and oppressive treatment of Martians, weakened by Mars' low gravity, fueling his dedication to Martian liberation. His volatile nature surfaces during a training exercise; witnessing UNSF brutality toward a comrade, he impulsively attacks, resulting in transfer to remote Noctis base.

At Noctis, he is selected to test-pilot Idolo, a prototype Orbital Frame powered by Metatron. Initially struggling with the advanced systems, he eventually masters the Frame, though prolonged Metatron exposure begins degrading his psyche, manifesting as heightened aggression and arrogance. His personal life intertwines with the project through Dolores Hayes, a research assistant and his romantic partner. When UNSF operatives infiltrate the base, kidnapping Dr. Rachel Links and Dolores, he pursues them to Deimos Station. Though defeating UNSF forces, he witnesses Dolores fatally shot during the rescue. Overwhelmed by grief and Metatron poisoning, he hallucinates marrying Dolores while Idolo, operating autonomously, engages in a suicidal battle against combined BAHRAM and UNSF forces. The Frame is destroyed, and he is presumed killed.

He resurfaces years later, rebuilt as a cyborg with Metatron-based implants, operating under the alias Napth Pleminger. Posing as a wealthy businessman, he secretly leads BAHRAM. Adopting siblings Rebecca, Axel, and Rully Hunter, he indoctrinates them with his anti-Earth ideology. His fractured mental state is dominated by delusions of reuniting with Dolores. Learning an Orbital Frame named Dolores exists, believing it desecrates her memory, he unleashes his Frame, Hathor, in a rage. His campaign escalates to assaulting Earth's Orbital Elevator, intending to annihilate Earth's population. During the final confrontation, his hallucinations intensify: he envisions battling James Links (Rachel Links' husband) in a chapel while conflating the Dolores Frame's AI with his deceased lover. Initially relentless, he experiences a moment of clarity upon recognizing the AI embodies Dolores's essence and her connection to a child-like representation. Sacrificing himself and his Metatron energy, he stabilizes the collapsing Orbital Elevator, dying with peace.

A recurring inconsistency exists regarding his name, with some records referring to him as "Radam Lavans" or "Radam Levans." His psychological degradation mirrors Nohman's, another character affected by Metatron poisoning.
