Captain Sara commands the spaceship Muze and its all-female crew. She possesses brown hair, blue eyes, and a masculine presentation. A sensible and responsible leader, she prioritizes crew safety above all. Her relationship with the ship's physician, Dr. Hilda, is close and romantic.

When the Muze detects an SOS from the derelict Zogne adrift in deep space, Captain Sara orders an investigation. Her crew boards to discover numerous dead bodies under mysterious circumstances and one survivor: Flair Mytomeyer, an amnesiac girl found in a sleep chamber. Following protocol, Sara authorizes bringing Flair aboard for medical care.

The crew's computer specialist later uncovers Metrogria, an illegal immune-compromising drug, aboard the Zogne. Confronted with this hazardous contraband, Captain Sara orders the Zogne's immediate destruction, acting decisively to protect her crew. Unbeknownst to them, Flair is a parasitic alien entity. She begins infiltrating the Muze, targeting crew members for physical violation that implants eggs, inducing rapid mental deterioration and death.

Captain Sara becomes an early victim of Flair's infection. The alien organism triggers profound changes, twisting her psyche and physiology, manifesting as irrational behavior and mental instability. This marks a stark departure from her established command demeanor. The infection progresses, leading to her incapacitation and, ultimately, her death – the same grim fate suffered by her infected crewmates.
