Description
Dr. Kyudai Garaki, also known by the alias Daruma Ujiko, is an elderly villain and the mastermind scientist behind many of the most sinister operations in the world of My Hero Academia. He first appears as a seemingly benign, mustached doctor wearing distinctive large, round glasses. His physical form is that of a frail, bald older man, which belies his exceptional longevity and sharp intellect. In his youth, Garaki was a respected researcher, but his background is rooted in a controversial scientific theory that would eventually shape his entire life's work and villainous turn.
Garaki's personality is a complex mixture of eccentric scientific pride and profound, unwavering loyalty. He is a man driven by intellectual obsession, referring to his monstrous creations, the Nomu, as his children or masterpieces and taking immense pride in his work.
