Kyōsuke Shikijō is the protagonist of the Hentai Kamen franchise, originally introduced in the manga Kyūkyoku!! Hentai Kamen and later adapted into live‑action films. He is a high school student who trains in kenpō, a martial art, but despite his tall and strong build he lacks self‑confidence and is awkward around girls. His father was a police officer who died in the line of duty, and his mother worked as a dominatrix in the sadomasochism industry. From his parents Kyōsuke inherited a strong sense of justice as well as latent perverted genetics.

His life changes when he meets Aiko Himeno, a transfer student to his school. He quickly develops feelings for her. During a bank robbery in which Aiko is taken hostage, Kyōsuke attempts to infiltrate the building and disguise himself. In the confusion he accidentally puts a pair of women’s panties on his head instead of a mask. This action triggers a transformation: the perverted traits inherited from his mother unlock the full potential of his body, granting him superhuman strength, speed, and endurance. When a copycat villain tarnishes Hentai Kamen’s reputation and defeats him, Kyōsuke loses the ability to transform and must rediscover his motivation. He ultimately learns to draw power not just from base perversion but from a sense of justice, allowing him to triumph over more perverted opponents. By the end of his initial arc, he accepts both sides of himself and commits to protecting others while managing his embarrassing transformation.
