Kuga Ichiru is a member of the idol unit QUELL under Tsukino Talent Production. He is the younger twin of Issei Kuga, and together they are the youngest in the group at seventeen years old. Ichiru has an average height, with black hair worn in long bangs swept to the left, which serves to tell him apart from his twin, and dark blue eyes. He often wears a smirk, and his presence has been described as blazingly bright and free like an open flame.

His personality is direct and emotionally unguarded. Feisty and competitive by nature, he is quick to quarrel and will not hesitate to butt heads with others when provoked. From early childhood, Ichiru has deeply adored his brother Issei, and he refuses to forgive anyone who mocks or belittles him. That loyalty is a driving force in his life.

He holds great respect for QUELL’s leader, Shu, and one of his central motivations is to reach the same level as Shu and stand confidently beside him.
