Description
Kinrei Dorj is a soldier serving in the army of the Tibet-Himalaya United Kingdom, introduced in the film Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3: On the Other Side of Love and Hate. He is the uncle and guardian of the young refugee Tenzing Wangchuck.
