Description
Leila is the adopted mother of Seran and the sword master of both Kyle and Seran. Her past includes becoming a champion of the Empire's tournament ten years before the main events of the story. She is a worshiper of the Goddess Melra, a twin deity that favors humans over other races, and she acts as an agent for the Melran church. When Kyle and Seran participated in the Empire's tournament, Leila took the place of one of the competitors under the pretense of observing the growth of her students.

In terms of personality, Leila is depicted as a devout and capable individual who takes her role as a mentor seriously. Her motivations are closely tied to her faith and her desire to guide and protect those she trains. Within the story, she serves as a supporting figure who provides training and strategic support to the main characters.

Her key relationships include her adopted son Seran, whom she raised and trained, and Kyle, whom she also instructs in swordsmanship. Her role in the story is primarily that of a mentor and a representative of the Melran church, intervening at crucial moments to aid Kyle's journey. Development-wise, little is detailed beyond her established position as a former tournament champion and her continued service to her goddess. Notable abilities include her skill as a sword master and her physical prowess, which allowed her to win the Empire's tournament and effectively train her students.
