OVA
Description
Noemi Ito is the younger sister of the protagonist Masaki Ito in the visual novel and OVA With You ~Mitsumeteitai~. She is a first-year student at Sei Ersia Academy, where she wears a distinctive maid-style uniform. She often helps out at the family-run coffee shop called Romlet, working there after school. Physically, she is a slender girl of small stature with long hair that she typically ties into a side ponytail.

Her personality is quiet and reserved, but she is kind, witty, and deeply devoted to her brother. She holds her brother in very high regard and looks up to both his childhood friends, Manami Naruse and Naori Hikawa, as older sisters. Her motivations are primarily to support her family and the people she cares about, especially her brother. She does not pursue any romantic interests within the story because she is his biological sister, and the narrative focuses on the love triangle between Masaki, Manami, and Naori.

In terms of background, Noemi was often sickly as a child and spent much time at home. During that period, she learned to play the piano from her mother and eventually became quite skilled at it. This ability appears in the story as a special event where she performs.

Her role in the overall story is that of a beloved supporting character. She is a warm, present figure in the family and the coffee shop, but she does not drive the central romantic plot. Despite being a non-playable character in the original game, she gained extraordinary popularity among fans, often ranking among the top characters in reader polls. Her key relationships are with her brother Masaki, whom she admires and supports, and with the two heroines, whom she treats as older sisters.

Noemi does not undergo major character development in the OVA or game, as her role remains consistently that of the caring younger sister. Her notable abilities include her piano playing and her helpfulness in running the coffee shop. She has no supernatural or combat-related talents; her strength lies in her gentle and supportive nature.
