Linda is a student at Yokota High School and a close friend of her classmate Sharon. She has pale skin, white hair, and grey eyes. Linda speaks very little compared to Sharon and carries a mysterious, reserved demeanor. She frequently visits the school nurse's office, giving the impression that she suffers from anemia, which serves as a plausible excuse for her pallor and frequent absences.

Linda is not a human; she is a chiropteran, a bat-like vampire creature that disguises itself as a person to infiltrate human society. Her apparent friendship with Sharon is actually a partnership between two chiropterans operating together. Her primary motivation is to feed on human blood and avoid detection. She plays a brief but pivotal role in the story when she and Sharon visit the nurse Makiho. Saya, the vampire hunter, bursts into the room and immediately slays Linda with her sword, revealing her true nature. Linda is killed before she can transform or attack, so her chiropteran abilities are not displayed in combat, but like all chiropterans, she possesses superhuman strength, speed, rapid healing, and the ability to assume a monstrous winged form. She has no development arc; her death serves to establish the threat of the chiropteran infestation and demonstrates Saya's ruthless efficiency.
