Kurosaka serves as a minor antagonist for the Daimyo. Her striking appearance features long black hair, black lips, and distinctive makeup beneath her eyes, typically complemented by dark red samurai armor and a helmet adorned with two large black horns. She displays selfishness and a profound lack of concern for her troops, employing any tactic necessary for victory yet demonstrating tactical awareness by retreating from stronger opponents. Tasked by the Daimyo with locating a powerful force threatening the realm's balance, Kurosaka receives enhanced abilities for this mission. Her group discovers a temple linked to Abraham's death, which she orders burned. Tracking Yasuke and Saki to a village, she interrogates the inhabitants about Saki. At Yasuke's next village, her troops brutalize villagers for information until Yasuke intervenes and eliminates her men; Kurosaka remarks that he did her a favor by reducing her payroll obligations. Confronting Yasuke in combat, Kurosaka utilizes the Daimyo's powers to conjure a spear from her mouth. She pursues him into a forest, allowing Saki's escape. Though injured by Yasuke, she manifests blades from her wounds to continue the fight. After disarming Yasuke and striking him with magic, she prepares a final blow. Yasuke retaliates by piercing her chest, prompting her to summon a small blade. Saki intervenes, shattering the blade with her powers. Witnessing Saki's overwhelming strength, Kurosaka withdraws Yasuke's sword from her chest and flees. She returns to the Daimyo, reporting Saki's power and requesting additional strength. Instead, the Daimyo extracts the granted power from Kurosaka, transfers it to Mitsuhide, and causes her death. Kurosaka's combat abilities include skilled swordsmanship and the power, granted by the Daimyo's dark magic, to summon and wield blades from her mouth or wounds.
