Description
Duke Seiya Anthony Watari IV is a character from the live-action television series Cutie Honey The Live, where he serves as one of the four high-ranking bosses within the criminal organization Panther Claw. His public identity is that of the president of a successful information technology company, a position that provides a respectable cover for his true, far more sinister occupation as the head of Panther Claw's human weapon department.
In his professional criminal role, Watari is responsible for developing and trafficking cybernetic human weapons. He uses his medical care group as a front, operating through hospitals to transform unsuspecting patients into brainwashed, bio-mechanical soldiers, which are then sold for profit at auctions. His interest in these creations extends to the central technology of the series, the Honey System, and he becomes determined to capture Cutie Honey to study her unique abilities.
