Description
Amane Ōguro is a 29-year-old woman with tan skin, thigh-length black hair usually tied in a ponytail, and blue eyes. She dresses lightly for summer and frequently wears an apron while working, projecting an ebullient and energetic personality.

She is the niece of Miki Shiba (Earth's Sephirah, Da'at, representing "Knowledge") and daughter of Tenji Ōguro. Amane initially serves as temporary owner of the family shop, Ōguro-ya. When residents of Villa Rosa Sasazuka needed temporary housing, she offered them accommodation and employment at Ōguro-ya, allowing them flexibility to modify the shop. She maintains her own separate primary job and housing.

Amane is later revealed as Earth's "Daughter of Understanding" (Binah), a guardian Physical God. This role makes her a counterpart to Ente Isla's Sephirot and creates a distant familial link to Alas Ramus (a fragment of Ente Isla's Yesod). Cosmic rules restrict her disclosures; she cannot reveal information her aunt Miki Shiba hasn't explicitly addressed.

Early interactions cast suspicion on her when Sadao Maou and Emi Yusa's followers theorized she instigated chaos in Ente Isla and destabilized the Demon World under Camio, forcing his appearance in Japan. She clarified her role as merely a bystander during the Malebranche conflict, asserting benevolent intentions.

During a beach incident, Amane terminated Maou and associates' employment after their actions disrupted the location's energy balance. She then used her abilities to envelop the area in fog, causing Ōguro-ya to vanish and erasing all local memory of its existence. Subsequent contact attempts yielded no results.

After her father expels her from Ōguro-ya due to fourth-volume events, she returns to Villa Rosa Sasazuka and becomes a recurring presence starting from the eighth volume. She navigates her duties as Earth's Binah while maintaining pragmatic relationships with the other residents.
