Shikei Roshuku, a Nanyo Academy student and tactical strategist, is marked by her enigmatic bandaged appearance, the cause of her injuries unknown. She engineers critical alliances, such as uniting Nanyo and Seito in a surprise assault on Kyoshou after Moutoku Sousou secures Unchou Kan-u.

During a Kansai-led invasion of Nanyo by Asaemon Yamada and Indara, Shikei suffers a devastating blow when Asaemon amputates both her hands. Though rescued by Ukitsu, she is seized as a hostage. After Ukitsu is stabbed and thrown through a window, Shikei’s失控的巨龙 unleashes a retaliatory strike that crushes their adversaries. Rendered unconscious, she undergoes emergency treatment by Shiyu Shokatsukin but remains in grave condition.

Her anime presence is sparse, featuring briefly in the *Ikkitousen: Dragon Destiny* OVA finale and in secondary roles across adaptations.
