Description
Daisy is a character who appears in the sixth movie of the One Piece series, Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island. She is a young girl and a member of a small family pirate crew, serving as the daughter of the crew's captain, who is simply referred to as Papa. Her siblings are an older sister named Roza and an older brother named Rick. The crew is a tight-knit group formed by her father after the death of her mother, and they sail the Grand Line together.

In terms of appearance, Daisy is depicted as a child with long black hair that is styled into two tails and black eyes. Her outfit consists of a peach-colored sailor dress featuring a white collar with pink lines, a pink bandana worn around her neck, and a red hat adorned with her family crew's jolly roger.

Daisy’s most prominent trait is her exceptionally sharp hearing. This ability allows her to perceive sounds from great distances and overhear conversations that others cannot. She demonstrates this power early on by calling Monkey D. Luffy by his name upon their first meeting, having heard the other Straw Hat Pirates calling out to him while they were trapped. Her hearing is so acute that she is able to listen to the voices of the captured crew, providing crucial morale support to Luffy when he is most vulnerable. Whether this ability is a natural talent, a heightened sense inherited from her mother, or connected to concepts like Haki is not explicitly confirmed.

Her personality initially appears gullible as she openly believes in the stories her father tells to appear brave and strong. However, this is not born of simple naivety. It is revealed that Daisy secretly overheard her father privately admitting his fears and weaknesses to the Straw Hat's Tony Tony Chopper and asking Chopper to pretend to lose a fight. Despite knowing the truth of his cowardice, Daisy never loses respect for him and continues to believe in his inner strength and courage as her father. She is a quiet but deeply perceptive girl who values her family's bond above all else.

Within the narrative of the film, Daisy’s primary role is to support her family and, by extension, the Straw Hat Pirates. She and her brother Rick are the first to believe in their father's fabricated strength, much to the disappointment of their more cynical sister Roza. As the story progresses and her father agrees to help Chopper, her faith in him is rewarded. At the film's climax, she reveals her sharp hearing to her father and confesses that she has always held him in high regard. This revelation, combined with encouragement from Luffy, motivates her father to confront the antagonist, Baron Omatsuri, playing a decisive part in the final battle.

Daisy undergoes minimal change herself, as her core belief in her father remains unwavering. Instead, her development is tied to the revelation of her secret knowledge. By finally admitting that she has always been aware of his true nature, she helps her father shed his pretense and find genuine bravery. Aside from her incredible hearing, Daisy does not display any traditional combat abilities or fighting skills, functioning instead as an emotional anchor and spy for her family unit.
