Description
Sayaka Kirasaka was raised and trained by the Lion King Organization alongside Yukina Himeragi from childhood. She developed severe androphobia stemming from physical abuse inflicted by her late father before the Organization took her in as an orphan. Unlike Yukina, who became a Sword Shaman, Kirasaka specialized as a Shamanic War Dancer, focusing on hexes, assassinations, and combat support.
Initially, Kirasaka displayed aggressive behavior toward Kojou Akatsuki, blaming him for endangering Yukina. Her androphobia manifested as extreme discomfort around human males, including refusing communications with male superiors. Protective rage and the mistaken belief he had harmed Yukina drove her to confront Akatsuki on Saikai Academy's rooftop. This hostility shifted after she collaborated with Akatsuki to rescue Yukina and Asagi Aiba from Christoph Gardos. During this mission, Akatsuki's kindness led Kirasaka to develop romantic feelings for him, though she often concealed them with tsundere behavior, such as fabricating excuses when her favoritism toward him was exposed.
