The search results do not contain information on a character named Kinuba Fan from the anime Alita: Battle Angel. The sources do, however, describe a character simply named Kinuba from the original Battle Angel Alita manga and its film adaptation, Alita: Battle Angel.

Kinuba is a powerful cyborg gladiator who serves as a secondary antagonist and a victim of the primary villain, Makaku. In the manga, Kinuba is the undefeated champion of the Coliseum, a brutal arena in the Scrapyard. He possesses an immense, heavily armored Power Body and is known for being a private and analytical fighter who never underestimates his opponents. His primary weapon, the Grind-Cutter, is a high-velocity cable weapon housed in the fingers of his right arm that can shred opponents with ease. After securing his 281st consecutive victory, he is approached in his private chambers by a stranger claiming to be a fan. Impressed by the intruder's ingenuity, Kinuba offers him a drink and discusses his abilities. The stranger then reveals himself to be the brain-eating cyborg Makaku, who intends to steal his powerful body. Despite Kinuba’s desperate attempt to kill himself rather than surrender, Makaku successfully takes control, tearing off Kinuba’s head and discarding it. This event significantly escalates the threat level of Makaku, who then uses Kinuba's formidable abilities to hunt for Alita.

In the 2019 film Alita: Battle Angel, the character is reimagined as a top-tier professional motorball player. In this version, he is a ruthless competitor who uses the illegal Grind-Cutter to cheat, killing a player named Ajukutty and wounding the champion Jashugan to secure victory. His actions draw the attention of the crime boss Vector, who orders a jacking crew to ambush Kinuba and surgically remove his limbs to obtain the Grind-Cutter weapon. After the operation, Vector executes Kinuba with a blowtorch in the street as punishment for breaking the rules of the game, reinforcing the idea that no individual is above the sport. Unlike his manga counterpart, the film's Kinuba is not taken over by Makaku.
