Description
Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix reigns as Emperor of the Baharuth Empire, bearing the moniker "Bloody Emperor" for his violent purge of the nobility upon taking the throne. His mother hailed from the Empire’s Five Great Families but faced accusations of assassinating the previous Emperor, sparking political turmoil. To secure his position, Jircniv eradicated close kin and rivals, resulting in all relatives perishing for political causes—a deeply impactful event that did not deter his ascent. At age twelve, as Emperor, he commanded the bloody elimination of opposing nobles, cementing his fearsome epithet. His rule fortified the Empire through shrewd politics, military strength, and magnetic leadership, earning acclaim as its greatest historical sovereign.

In appearance, Jircniv sports blonde hair gleaming like "the shine of the stars" and clear amethyst-hued purple eyes. During state functions, he wields the Imperial Scepter as his staff of office. For defense, he employs a Medallion of Mental Protection against mental domination and a Ring of Unicorn to detect toxins and bolster resistance.

Jircniv radiates intense charisma and possesses refined education in academics and courtly arts, groomed for leadership since youth. He meticulously crafts an image of unflappable confidence, convinced people follow only strength, and governs his gestures to never reveal vulnerability. He maintains polite courtesy regardless of inner sentiment, leveraging amiability to disarm and manipulate adversaries. Though ruthless in securing authority, he lacks innate power lust, focusing instead on forging an enduring empire. He champions the Empire’s advancement, removing impediments like corrupt nobles while elevating skilled commoners to high office. He eschews gratuitous immorality, exemplified when he returned noblewomen initially offered to Ainz Ooal Gown as a peace gesture once deemed superfluous.

His first engagement with Ainz Ooal Gown involved trying to enlist the formidable caster as an imperial pawn. He ordered Fluder Paradyne to gather intelligence and later manipulated Count Femel into hiring Workers to probe the Great Tomb of Nazarick, aiming to assess Ainz’s might and sabotage his ties with the Re-Estize Kingdom. After the Workers vanished, Nazarick emissaries Aura and Mare appeared at the Imperial Palace, burying Jircniv’s knights alive and demanding contrition. Following Aura’s threat to obliterate the Empire, Jircniv headed a delegation to Nazarick to formally apologize. Observing Ainz’s intellect and resources there, he grew terrified of Nazarick’s peril to humanity and impulsively proposed an alliance.

Witnessing Ainz’s super-tier spell exterminate 200,000 soldiers at Katze Plains, Jircniv confronted internal demands to avoid further war. Stress mounted, driving him to consume potions and converse in coded phrases to thwart espionage. He pursued alliances against Nazarick, including a clandestine meeting with the Slane Theocracy at the Grand Arena. Ainz’s unforeseen arrival as a challenger disrupted the talks, prompting the Theocracy’s withdrawal. Bereft of allies, Jircniv instantly submitted to Ainz, petitioning for the Baharuth Empire’s vassalization—a request Ainz approved pending formalities.

As a vassal ruler, Jircniv saw reduced stress-induced afflictions like stomach pains and hair loss. He adapted to his role, appreciating the efficacy of delegating tasks over imperial micromanagement. Unexpectedly, he befriended Pe Riyuro, the Quagoa leader likewise subjugated by Ainz, bonding over shared subjugation and prompting Jircniv to reconsider his stance on non-humans.
