Orochi no Hime is the female attendant of the giant Makamou known as Orochi in the film Kamen Rider Hibiki and the Seven War Demons. She appears in the film's Sengoku-period story, acting as one half of a matched pair of masked servants who carry out Orochi's will among humans. Her role is to serve as the visible, active extension of Orochi's power, since the colossal monster itself remains largely remote and withdrawn.

In terms of background, the Hime belongs to the Makamou, the monstrous creatures that prey on humans and are opposed by warriors known as Oni. During the Sengoku period, Orochi was regarded as the most powerful Makamou in existence, and it stood at the head of a faction called the Chiguruma-tō. The Hime and her male counterpart, Orochi no Douji, led this faction and functioned as the core of its authority. Operating from a fortress called Oni-Iwa Castle along the coast, they controlled nearby villages and forced them to offer an annual human sacrifice to Orochi, with victims chosen seemingly at random among the villagers. When a girl named Suzu was selected as the tribute, her father protested and was killed by the Hime and the Douji, after which Suzu and her father's body were consumed by Orochi. When another villager, Hitoe, later received a mark designating her as the next sacrifice, the Hime's role in enforcing the ritual set the film's conflict in motion.

Personality-wise, the Hime is cold, cruel, and utterly devoted to her master. She treats human beings as offerings to be managed rather than as people, and she carries out Orochi's demands without hesitation or mercy. When the villagers and the gathered Oni attempt to defy the ritual by offering a disguised Oni in place of the victim, the Hime and the Douji respond with harsh punishment, afflicting the chosen girl with a plague and giving the village a single month to make amends. Her motivations are tied entirely to her service: she exists to preserve Orochi's dominance, keep the sacrifice system functioning, and punish anyone who dares to resist.
