Description
Natsumi Miwa is a young woman who becomes Kamen Rider Larc, one of the three new generation Riders introduced in the film Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace. Before becoming a Rider, she worked as an office employee. She reached a breaking point when her superior rejected her transfer request and forced her to perform menial tasks such as serving tea. After enduring enough of his berating, she physically struck him and left the company. Soon after, Junichi Shimura recruited her to join BOARD as a Rider. She initially declined but eventually accepted, transforming into Kamen Rider Larc and working alongside Shimura and Shin Magaki.

Natsumi has a quick temper, a trait noted by a fortune teller who warned her that it would cause her trouble. She is also overconfident and tends to look down on the previous generation of Riders, with the exception of her direct superior Sakuya Tachibana. Her motivations are driven by a desire to prove herself and to gain strength. Early on, she takes pride in her role as a long‑range fighter for the new team, using her crossbow‑like Larc Rouzer to deliver precise energy attacks. However, when she witnesses the combat prowess of Kenzaki Kazuma and Mutsuki Kamijo, she becomes anxious and increasingly obsessed with becoming more powerful.

This insecurity leads her to steal the four Category King cards from her teammates Shimura and Magaki. Shortly after taking the cards, she is ambushed and killed by the Albino Joker, the film’s main antagonist. Her death is sudden, and she ultimately fails to harness the power she sought.

In terms of abilities, Natsumi uses the Change Keroberos (Red) artificial card to transform into Kamen Rider Larc. Her primary attack method is the Mighty Ray card, which initiates the Ray Bullet finisher, a supercharged energy arrow fired from her Larc Rouzer. The weapon is modeled after the Garren Rouser and the Chalice Arrow, and the attack itself is comparable in power to the Burning Shot of Kamen Rider Garren. As a member of the new generation, she serves as a replacement for Garren and Chalice in the team’s ranged combat role. Her role in the story is to act as one of the three Riders tasked with resealing the Undead that have been released, but her ambition and impulsiveness ultimately lead to her downfall.
