Description
Kazuma Kenzaki, the user of the Kamen Rider Blade system, is presented in the film Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace through an alternate narrative that diverges from the television series. In this timeline, Kenzaki was forced to seal Hajime Aikawa, the Joker Undead, bringing the Battle Fight to a conclusive end. Following this climactic battle, Kenzaki stepped away from his life as a Rider. Four years later, he is working as a garbage man, having left his former occupation behind to lead an ordinary existence. He is described as a clear-minded individual who excels in both academics and martial arts, possessing abilities that set him apart as a genius who does not perceive effort as a struggle. Despite his retirement, his inherent sense of justice remains a core part of his character, compelling him to act when he learns that the Undead have been released once more.

Kenzaki's personality is rooted in a strong desire to protect others. He is a fundamentally good person who brings hope to those around him, and his decisions are driven by a genuine conviction to save people, even when it comes at a great personal cost. This selfless nature is a key component of his role in the story. When the Albino Joker appears and the new generation of BOARD Riders, including Kamen Rider Glaive, begin combat, Kenzaki is drawn back into the conflict. After his ally Mitsuki, who can transform into Kamen Rider Leangle, reseals his Category Ace card, Kenzaki reclaims the power to become Blade and joins the fight. His primary motivation throughout the film is to protect people, specifically the young Amane Kurihara, who has become despondent following Hajime's disappearance four years prior. His heroic nature leads him to an ultimate act of self-sacrifice: when Amane is sealed to revive the ancient evil god Jashin 14, Kenzaki prepares to exchange his own life for hers.

The central relationship in Kenzaki's life is with Hajime Aikawa, the Joker Undead he was forced to seal. This bond is so strong that Kenzaki asks Leangle to unseal Hajime to help save Amane from the Albino Joker's forces. Their connection is defined by difficult choices and sacrifice. In the film's climax, as Kenzaki prepares to offer his own life to save Amane, it is Hajime who pushes him aside and takes his place, sacrificing himself instead. This event forces Kenzaki to once again seal Hajime in order to weaken Jashin 14, a painful duty he must perform to finally defeat the monster and the Albino Joker using his ultimate power. Through this tragedy, Kenzaki shows development by continuing to fight and, after the battle, offering comfort to Amane by assuring her that Hajime will always be with them in spirit.

As Kamen Rider Blade, Kenzaki possesses a range of formidable abilities. His default form is the Ace Form, which fuses his body with the DNA of the Beetle Undead, granting him enhanced physical parameters such as a punching power of 2.8 tons and a jumping height of 33 meters. Using the Rouse Absorber and specific Rouse Cards, he can access more powerful forms. The Jack Form, achieved by fusing with the Eagle Undead, provides him with golden reinforced armor and wings that enable flight at speeds of up to 300 kilometers per hour. His most powerful transformation is the King Form, an ultimate state only usable by Blade that covers his body in a full suit of golden armor made from all of his Rouse Cards. While this form dramatically increases his defensive and offensive capabilities, with a punching power of 4.5 tons and the devastating Royal Straightflash attack measuring 112 tons of force, it comes at the cost of agility. The King Form also grants him the powerful King Rouzer, which he can dual-wield with his standard Blay Rouzer. In the film, Kenzaki successfully utilizes this form to overwhelm the weakened Jashin 14 and finally destroy the Albino Joker, bringing an end to the battle.
