Description
Me-Garima-Ba is a mantis-type Gurongi who serves as the leader and sole female member of the Me Group in Kamen Rider Kuuga. To the police she is designated Unidentified Lifeform Number 36, and was previously classified as B6. She appears as a woman with a green streak in her hair, wearing a long dress and boots.
Her place within the Gurongi hierarchy places her in the middle tier, above the low-ranked Xu group; the Me Group uses an abacus to predict how many humans they must kill within a set time as part of their game called Gegeru. Me-Garima-Ba is a methodical and ruthless predator. She wields a doubled-bladed sickle weapon capable of decapitating victims with a single, impossibly swift stroke, and she often utters the warning "don't look back" after her attacks. She also possesses hidden claws in each hand that can be extended to slash opponents. Her body is remarkably resilient; she survived a direct charge from the TryGoram vehicle without being incapacitated.
Her primary motivation is to complete the arbitrary kills required by her group's game, and she takes clear pleasure in the precision and finality of her hunts. In the story she acts as a significant antagonist who directly challenges Kuuga, forcing him to adapt. Her most notable relationship within the Gurongi is with Gooma; she decapitates Gooma during a confrontation, only for him to be later resurrected—an event that ultimately serves to push Kuuga toward a stronger form. She is eventually confronted by Kuuga in his Rising Titan form and is defeated when the Rising Calamity Titan sword strike pierces her. Her defeat marks a step in Kuuga's evolution and the police's growing understanding of the Gurongi threat.
