The official Twitter account and website of the anime adaptation of "Kimi no Koto ga Daidaidaidaidaisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo" (short "100 Girlfriends") have released the first preview images for the third season. The third season starts on July 5, 2026, on TOKYO MX, Sun TV, and BS11. The first episode (Episode 25) is titled "Itoko no Kanojo" ("The Cousin").
In this episode, the protagonist Rentaro Aijo is asked by his uncle to take care of his daughter Chiyo Iin. Although Rentaro thinks that there can be no "Bibīn" encounter between cousins, it happens the moment he looks into Chiyo's eyes. Chiyo is a strictly orderly middle school student who must immediately put everything in order – which presents Rentaro with some challenges.
The new voice cast for the third season includes, among others, Kaori Ishihara as Chiyo Iin and Ayana Taketatsu as Naddy, an eccentric English teacher with a cowboy hat and a Stars and Stripes scarf. Additionally, three new heroines have been announced: Yasashiki Yamame (an extremely gentle gardening student with a butterfly on her head), Shigemi Koyo (a massage-addicted student with a blank expression), and Torodoro Kishi-ka (the proud president of the kendo club). Their voice actresses have not yet been revealed.
Already on June 28, 2026, an advance screening of the first two episodes of the third season took place at Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro in Tokyo. After the screening, there was a talk show with Rentaro's voice actor Wataru Kato, Meme Kakure (voiced by Kanon Takao), and the newcomer Kaori Ishihara (Chiyo). The event was moderated by Yuma Aoki. During this, details about the new characters and some funny anecdotes from the recording studio were shared. Kato joked that after watching the first two episodes, he "felt sick" – so high was the density of crazy scenes.
Furthermore, a panel at Anime NYC 2026 was announced, which will take place on August 22, 2026. It will feature voice actors Wataru Kato (Rentaro), Kaede Hondo (Hakari Hanazono), and Miyu Tomita (Karane Inda). The next edition of the official web radio "100 Kanojo RADIO" is also planned for July 7, 2026, at 10:00 PM, with Wataru Kato as a guest.
The third season will once again be produced by Hikaru Sato (director) at Studio Bibury Animation Studios. The series composition is handled by Takashi Aoshima, the character design is by Akane Yano. The music is provided by Shuhei Mutsuki, Shunsuke Takizawa, and eba.
