2.5 Dimension no Yuuwaku (Ririsa) Season 2: New Characters, Voice Actors, Theme Song and Promotional Video Revealed

The TV anime "2.5 Dimension no Yuuwaku (Ririsa)," based on the original work by Yuu Hashimoto, has announced its second season and revealed new characters, voice actors, theme song details, and a new promotional video.

Since its premiere in July, "2.5 Dimension no Yuuwaku" has followed the story of Masamune Okumura, an ordinary high school student who loves two-dimensional characters, especially Liliel. His life takes a turn when he meets Ririsa Amano, a new transfer student who aspires to become Liliel herself. Together, they engage in cosplay activities and navigate the challenges and joys their shared passion brings.

The second season introduces the character Yoichi Nikura, voiced by Junichi Suwabe. Yoichi is a manga artist recognizable by his messy hair and round glasses. He is the creator of the spin-off manga "Liliel Gaiden," which expands the series' universe. Additionally, the opening theme song "Tsugihagi no Tsubasa" is performed by Sora, while the ending theme "Release Sigh" is sung by Kaori Maeda (Ririsa), Akari Kito (Mikari Tachibana), Sayumi Suzushiro (Noa), and Aria Watabe (Aria Kisaki).

The new promotional video begins with Ririsa announcing her participation in the Summer Comiket and showcases the preparations of Ririsa, Noa, and Aria. Later in the video, the opening theme "Tsugihagi no Tsubasa" plays, offering a glimpse into Noa's past and highlighting the genuine emotions of Masamune, Ririsa, and Aria as they experience love and passion.
