Episode 1 of "7th Time Loop" introduces the story of Rishe Irmgard Weitzner, a noblewoman who relives her life over and over again. The episode begins with a scene of knights defending a castle amid a war, hinting at a conflict with the Emperor of Galkhein, Arnold Hein.

Rishe recalls her first life, in which she was engaged to Crown Prince Dietrich. However, he abruptly breaks off the engagement and accuses her of crime and treason. Desperate and abandoned by her family, Rishe wanders aimlessly until she encounters a group of traveling merchants, the Aria Trading Company, led by Chief Tully. Tully offers Rishe the chance to join them, and she accepts, beginning her journey as a merchant.

After traveling the world and nearly achieving her goal of visiting every country, Rishe gets caught up in a war and loses her life. She then finds herself reliving her life a second time. In this loop, she sells her possessions, studies medicine, and uses her knowledge of medicinal herbs and epidemics to save lives, including that of a sickly prince named Kyle. Although she finds fulfillment in her role as an herbalist, Rishe dies once again in a war.

In her subsequent lives, Rishe takes different paths: she studies under a brilliant scholar named Michel Evan, serves as a maid, and even disguises herself as a knight. Each life ends with her death, often tied to the ongoing wars.

In her seventh life, Rishe decides to live differently. She resolves to take it easy and live a long life. After Dietrich breaks off their engagement, Rishe quickly leaves the castle to avoid confrontation. In her haste, she encounters Arnold Hein, the Crown Prince of Galkhein, who recognizes her despite this being their first meeting in this life.

Rishe evades Dietrich’s further attempts to confront her. Reflecting on her various lives, she realizes she can find her own worth without being tied to her former fiancé. At a public gathering, she thanks him for ending their engagement and advises Lady Marie, whom Dietrich is set to marry, to seek happiness for herself and her family.

As Rishe ponders her next steps, she meets Arnold Hein again. Impressed by her swordsmanship, Arnold unexpectedly proposes to her. The episode ends with this surprising twist, leaving the viewer eager to see how Rishe navigates her new life, especially given her knowledge of the future and her experiences from the past.
