“A Girl & Her Guard Dog” with a new promo video shortly before the premiere

On the official website of the upcoming anime series "A Girl & Her Guard Dog," based on the original manga by Hatsuharu, a preview clip for the series' launch has been released. The trailer features a snippet of the anime's ending theme, "Magic×Magie," by musician Kitō.



Alongside the music, new scenes from the first and second episodes are also shown. The anime series will begin airing tomorrow on various platforms.

The story explores the contrasting worlds of Isaku, a young woman raised in a yakuza household, and Keiya, her loyal 26-year-old guardian. The duo attends high school together, which presents Isaku—who wants to live a typical teenage life—with a series of challenges. Keiya's overprotective nature is both a shield and an obstacle, standing in the way of her desire for normality and potential romantic interests.
