In the world of manga adaptations of smartphone games, Disney Twisted-Wonderland is once again in the spotlight. The August issue of Square Enix's Monthly G Fantasy magazine announced that the game will receive its third manga adaptation. This installment, Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Comic: Episode of Octavinelle, is the result of the creative collaboration between Wakana Hazuki and Sumire Kowono, both known for their previous contributions to the series. This latest episode will officially debut in the September issue of the magazine, which will be released on August 18.

This new adaptation follows the story of the game's third episode, "Shinkai no Shōnin" (The Merchant of the Deep Sea). While previous adaptations—Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Comic: Episode of Heartslabyul and Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Comic: Episode of Savanaclaw—focused on individual dormitories in the story, Episode of Octavinelle sheds light on the students of Octavinelle Dormitory, offering fans a fresh perspective.

The creative duo Hazuki and Kowono first launched Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Comic: Episode of Heartslabyul in March 2021, which concluded in October 2022 with the release of the final volume in December 2022. Suzuka Oda's Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Comic: Episode of Savanaclaw resumed publication in the August issue of the magazine after a hiatus in April.

Alongside these developments, the novel adaptation of the game by Jun Hioki has been in circulation since March 2022. The second installment, Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Novel Episode 2: Kōya no Hangyakusha (The Rebel of the Wilderness), is expected to hit shelves on August 25.
