In an exciting first update for figure skating and anime fans, the first promotional video for the TV anime "Medalist" was revealed, introducing additional cast members and setting the stage for its premiere in January 2025.

The story of "Medalist" revolves around the fates of the young man Tsukasa, who has dedicated his life to figure skating, and the girl Inori, whose talent he discovers. Together, they embark on a journey filled with challenges and rivalries on the ice. In the anime, Natsumi Haruse will voice Inori, while Tsuyoshi Otsuka lends his voice to Tsukasa, portraying their struggles and aspirations in the competitive world of figure skating.

Among the newly announced voice actors are Kana Ichinose as Hikaru Ookisaki, Inori's formidable rival, and Yuma Uchida as Jun Yotaka, a legendary figure skater known for his exceptional skill and solitary nature. The first promotional video features Inori alongside Ookisaki and Yotaka on the ice rink, highlighting the dynamics between the characters.
