“A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics” anime is set to premiere in April 2024, main cast announced

The TV anime "A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics" is scheduled to air in April 2024. A teaser promotional video and the main cast have been announced. The video features scenes set in the city of Gifu, where the magically gifted Princess Sara da Odin arrives and lives together with the impoverished detective Sousuke Kaburaya.

The cast includes Shin Furukawa as Sousuke, Hina Yano as Sara, and M・A・O as the knight Livia de Uudis. Additionally, Takuya Hirakawa has been announced as the sound director, while Jinmin Studio is handling the sound production.

"A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics" is based on the novel by Ryuusuke Hirasaka and tells the story of the poor detective Sousuke, who encounters Sara, a princess from another world with magical powers. The two begin living together, setting the stage for a comedic drama. The story takes place in Gifu City and shows how Sara and Livia, a knight who follows her to this world, adapt to modern Japan and influence the lives of Sousuke and others.
