“Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan” announces further cast and first trailer

The upcoming TV anime "Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan," based on the original work by Michiro Ueyama, has announced seven additional cast members. At the same time, the first promotional video has been released, introducing several main characters who will play a central role in the story.

In the fictional world of the anime, the protagonist of the otome game "Magical Academy: Love & Beast," Anna Doll, is played by Akari Sekine. The romantic interests in the game, who are of great importance to the heroine, are also brought to life by an impressive voice cast. These include Kaito Ishikawa as Virgil Vielge, Yuichiro Umehara as Richard Versault, Ryota Suzuki as Auguste Lion, Takuma Nagatsuka as Pierre Gemaux, Seiichiro Yamashita as Lambert Balance, and Aoi Koga as Luka Vielge. ´

"Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan" tells the story of Kenzaburou, a 52-year-old civil servant who unexpectedly reincarnates as Grace, the villainous noblewoman from the otome game "Magical Academy: Love & Beast." While trying to embody the role of a true antagonist, his well-intentioned comments and commoner-like actions magically transform into graceful and elegant behavior, earning him unintended praise from those around him. This comedic twist on the classic reincarnation genre is currently serialized in "Ours GH" (published by Shonen Gahosha).

The anime adaptation, featuring Kazuhiko Inoue as Kenzaburou and M.A.O. as Grace, is set to air nationwide in January 2025.
