The TV anime "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? V: Freya Arc" has announced additional cast members and released the first promotional video titled 'Letter from Syr.'

The series, set to air in fall 2024, introduces new characters and their voice actors:

- Ottarl, the leader of the Freya Familia, voiced by Ryokan Koyanagi

- Allen Fromel, the deputy leader, voiced by Taku Yashiro

- Hedin Selland, a magical white elf swordsman, voiced by Nobunaga Shimazaki

- Hogni Ragnar, a magical dark elf swordsman, voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi

- The Gulliver brothers—Alfreg, Dvalin, Bering, and Greyl—voiced by Taichi Ichikawa

- Hedin, the chief retainer of the goddess Freya, voiced by Haruka Shiraishi

"Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" is based on a light novel series published by GA Bunko. The story is set in the city of Orario, which surrounds a vast underground labyrinth, and follows the adventurer Bell and his goddess Hestia. The anime premiered with its first season in 2015 and has since spawned films and spin-off series.
