The manga series "FX Senshi Kurumi-chan" (German approximately: "FX Fighter Kurumi-chan") is receiving an adaptation as an anime television series. A release is planned for the year 2026. The series is an adaptation of the story by Demunyan with artwork by Daisuki Tansan.

The plot follows university student Kurumi Fukuga. In her youth, her mother took her own life after suffering heavy losses in speculative transactions on the foreign exchange market (Foreign Exchange, FX). Traumatized by this event, Kurumi resolves to enter foreign exchange trading herself. Her goal is to win back the 20 million yen her mother lost. She thereby embarks on an emotional rollercoaster between hope and despair, closely tied to the market's price fluctuations.

The animation work is being carried out by Studio Passione. The direction is handled by Yuki Ogawa. The series composition and scripts are the responsibility of Kenta Ihara. The distinctive character designs come from Kazuyuki Ueda, while Takurō Iga is composing the musical score.

On the occasion of the announcement, first impressions of the series were released. These include a short preview film as well as two different key visuals. These visuals show the main character Kurumi once in a moment of joy and once in a phase of deep despair, illustrating the polarizing emotional range of the story.

The voice of the protagonist Kurumi Fukuga is provided by the voice actress and singer Aina Suzuki. Suzuki is known for roles in series such as "Love Live! Sunshine!!" and "Dropkick on My Devil!". With this casting, one of the central figures of the series is already set.
