Additional characters and first key visual for “The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic” revealed

For the new anime "The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic," new characters and their respective voice actors have been announced, along with the release of the first key visual for the series.



Akino Watanabe will voice Burlin, a young blue grizzly bear who becomes Usato's partner. Genta Nakamura voices Olga, a healing magician who runs a clinic in a town, and Yoshino Aoyama will play his sister Urulu, who also works at the clinic. Additional characters and their voice actors include Kentaro Ito as Tong, Chadai Horii as Mil, Tetsu Nara as Alec, Sojiro Hori as Gomul, and Hayate Fujii as Gruld. The newly released first key visual features dynamic shots of Usato, Suzune, and Kazuki, as well as a prominent image of Rose, the leader of the rescue team.

"The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic" is an isekai fantasy anime that follows Usato, an ordinary high school student who ends up in another world thanks to his friends Suzune and Kazuki, who were summoned as heroes. After undergoing grueling training under Rose, Usato grows into a healing magician. The anime is set to premiere in January 2024.
