“End of the Line” Anime Releases Second Promo Video with Character Voices

The upcoming TV anime "End of the Line: Where Does It Go?", directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, is set to premiere in April 2024. Alongside this announcement, a second promotional video and details about the opening theme song have been released.

The anime is set in a city where its inhabitants are undergoing a major upheaval. The story follows protagonist Shizuru Chikura and her friends Fubuki Hoshina, Reimi Kuga, and Akira Shinonome as they embark on a train journey to find Shizuru's best friend, who has suddenly disappeared. In the second teaser, the voices of Chikura (voiced by Tomoka Anzai), Hoshina (voiced by Azumi Waki), Kuga (voiced by Elisa Kuno), and Shinonome (voiced by Hina Kino) bring life to the scenes where the characters board the train to search for their friend.

The opening theme song "GA-TAN GO-TON," performed by Reina Nakajima, is also featured in the promo video, complementing the anime's atmosphere.

"End of the Line: Where Does It Go?" boasts a creative team including Michiko Yokote of "SHIROBAKO," who is responsible for the series composition, Asako Nishida from the "Love Live!" series, who designs the characters, and EMT Squared from the "Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear" series, overseeing the animation production.
